• Click the File tab, click Options, and then click the Add-Ins category.
• In the Manage box, select Excel Add-ins and then click Go.
• In the Add-Ins available box, select the Analysis ToolPak check box, and then click OK.

How do you do data analysis on Excel:

To access the Add-Ins category, navigate to the File tab, Options, and Add-Ins. Select Excel Add-ins from the Manage drop-down menu and click Go. Check the Analysis ToolPak check box in the Add-Ins box before clicking OK.

Is Excel enough for Data Analysis:

For data analysis, Excel is insufficient. If you simply need to conduct simple activities like percentages and distributions, Excel spreadsheets may be sufficient. If you want to go beyond the fundamentals, though, Excel will not suffice. Excel may be a bit dangerous to rely for sophisticated analyses.
